If you feel that your product is defective and covered under warranty, contact us in order to file a warranty claim. TECH STORE shall not be responsible for warranty rejection, we only send the product to the distributor/vendor for warranty on behalf of customers.
Defective/Faulty Products
All defective products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund or replacement as per their warranty policies. Warranty claim will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, installed incorrectly, subjected to abuse in any way, or does not have its original packaging.
Replacing Faulty Equipment
We will only offer warranty for faulty equipment after warranty issue has been claimed by the official service agent. The warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days to complete.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty is only applicable on product(s) which have warranty information stated on the product page. If there is no warranty information mentioned, the product is not covered under warranty.
Returns
Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At TECH STORE we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to TECH STORE.
Video Proof
Customers are advised to record an unboxing/unwrapping video after receiving their parcel. This video will serve as proof that the customer genuinely did get a faulty item. If you don’t have the video evidence, your claim for return will not be entertained. The customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if the video is recorded after the package has been unboxed/unwrapped.
Tampered/Damaged Seal
Please check thoroughly if the seal on the package is intact. If it seems tampered or damaged in any manner, please do not accept the parcel and reach out to us.
1. Shipping Information
At TECH STORE, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience across Pakistan. While our primary courier partners are Leopards Couriers and M&P, we may occasionally utilize other reliable third-party services to deliver your orders based on logistics requirements.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are determined by the value of your items (to account for insurance) and the delivery destination. For orders that require multiple shipments due to warehouse distribution, no additional shipping costs will be applied. However, consolidating items from different warehouses may add an extra 1-2 business days to the delivery timeline.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates. However, exact delivery times depend on courier operations and other factors. Should you require a specific delivery timeframe, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
4. Shipping Outside Pakistan
Currently, our shipping services are limited to addresses within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Requirements
To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery. For orders within Lahore that are paid via card, we also require valid CNICs (or identification cards) of both the cardholder and the recipient at the time of delivery. This step is essential to verify transactions and comply with bank security measures.
6. Oversized Items
Items exceeding standard courier parcel dimensions or weight limits will be shipped via economy service based on your location. Specific delivery arrangements will be communicated in such cases.
7. Order Refusals and Returns
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal upon delivery, or other delivery failures, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding shipping fees. For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, merchant charges are non-refundable. Returned orders do not incur additional processing fees.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We strongly discourage refusing orders at the time of delivery, particularly for COD purchases. Such refusals can result in delays, unnecessary complications, and potential product damage during extended return processes. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend verifying all order details before confirming your purchase.
